OPTIMUS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF PAARIDIAN TECHNOLOGIES

Loyal Customers and Extensive Technical Skills Compliment Current Offerings

NORCROSS, GEORGIA – August, 2006 – Optimus Solutions, a comprehensive technology solution provider, announces the acquisition of key assets and personnel of Paaridian Technologies, one of the top IBM business partners in the Southeast. Paaridian’s extensive technical expertise in virtualization and infrastructure services will provide additional depth and breadth to Optimus’ current IBM offerings. Paaridian CEO, Craig James, will become Director of Professional Services and Paaridian CTO, West Walton, will become Director of Technology Services at Optimus. A total of 19 employees will be added, including offices in Raleigh and Jacksonville, making Optimus one of the largest technology consultants in the Southeast.

VMWare Certified Professionals deliver comprehensive virtualization, management, resource optimization, application availability and operational automation capabilities in an integrated offering.
