BROWN TO MANAGE INFRASTRUCTURE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Expertise Expands Global, Next Generation, and
Convergent Networks Focus
NORCROSS, GEORGIA — November 21, 2005 — Optimus Solutions, a
leading provider of Information Technology (IT) solutions, announces
hiring Glenn R. Brown as Infrastructure Business Development Director.
Glenn brings over 20 years of integration, telecommunications, and
enterprise networking experience to the Optimus team. In his new role,
he will enable Optimus to expand their total solutions offerings by
developing partnerships with industry-leading hardware and software
providers. He and his team will deliver networking and security
solutions to clients and manage carrier relationships with companies
such as AT&T, MCI, Savvis, AGLR, and BellSouth. In addition to being a
leading Cisco Systems networking infrastructure product partner, Glenn
will also help expand Optimus’ offerings from Citrix and other
infrastructure product leaders.

expand our focus in areas such as global networking environments, Radio
Frequency Identification (RFID), and the convergence of data/voice/video

Prior to joining Optimus, Glenn was Chief Technology Officer for telx,
formerly Marietta Street Partners, LLC dba 56 Marietta, an
internationally recognized, premier operator of telecom network
interconnection facilities. Glenn was instrumental in data center
design, selection of network operations (NOC), and developing fault
tolerance enterprise and carrier networks. Earlier in his career, Glenn
was co-owner and managing consultant of the enterprise networking group
at Bay Data Consultants, one of the fastest growing integrators in the
southeast specializing in enterprise, carrier and .com solutions. There,
Glenn was instrumental in growing revenues to $140,000,000 in just three
years. After Bay Data was purchased by ITC Holding in May 2000, Glenn
held the position of Director of Integration Services at Interstate
Fiber Networks d.b.a. e^deltacom.
