October 4, 2006-Optimus Solutions has been re-certified as a Cisco SILVER partner for the third consecutive year! Cisco Silver Certified partners provide technical services to their clients with one-hour response time for problem resolution and 24-hour on-site response capabilities. To achieve this recertification, Optimus Solutions had to meet or surpass Cisco's stringent personnel, training, customer satisfaction, specialization, and post-sales support requirements.
