NORCROSS, GEORGIA — February, 2006 — Optimus Consulting, the
Information Technology (IT) consulting arm of Optimus Solutions,
announces the addition of Scott Hall as principal consultant. Scott is a
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and a well-recognized
leader in the business continuity industry. He will consult with
businesses to develop business continuity strategies, perform business
impact analyses that measures the quantitative and qualitative risks
associated with a disruption, and execute risk evaluation assessments to
identify threats and risks to an organization.

Prior to joining Optimus Consulting, Scott Hall was senior managing
consultant at LECG, LLC, a global expert services firm. There he was
responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning
consulting, managing disaster recovery project initiatives, risk
evaluation and control, business impact analysis, emergency response and
operations strategies, development of business continuity plans, and
training and awareness programs. Prior to LECG, Scott worked at E*Trade
Financial Corporation in disaster recovery planning where he was
responsible for implementing and managing incident response procedures,
crisis command team plans, and all IT disaster recovery exercises. Scott
served as vice-president, Disaster Recovery Planning, for several banks
in the Southeast where he developed and implemented corporate-wide
business continuity planning methodologies to document contingency
plans.
Scott Hall is past president of the Southeast Business Recovery Exchange
(SEBRE); past vice president of the Alabama Association of Business
Continuity Planners; and member of the Southeast Continuity Planners
Association (SCPA) and Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII).
He has been affiliated with the Jefferson County, AL Emergency
Management Agency, the Louisiana Office of Emergency Preparedness, and
the New Orleans Local Emergency Planning Committee. Scott is a frequent
featured speaker at disaster recovery conferences where he outlines how
to successfully recover from actual disasters. He has a BBA, Business
Management from Mississippi State University and an MBA, Operations
Management from William Carey College in Hattiesburg, MS.
