A premier business solutions outsourcer to the insurance and financial services industries was frustrated with the amount of paperwork involved in the leasing process. The company leases several new pieces of IT equipment monthly, each on a separate lease, which requires a new lease contract and bill for each piece of equipment. The company could have up to 15 separate leases and bills per quarter. All the paperwork and bills started piling up and became very confusing for the company

Optimus Solutions was able to sit down with the company and assess their need for a more simplified leasing process. We were able to customize a billing/procurement process for them that allows them to receive only one bill per month that lists all equipment leased during that time period. We were also able to combine each separate lease agreement onto one statement that they receive quarterly. This significantly reduced the amount of paperwork the company had to sort through and sped up their equipment procurement process, leading to a more productive work environment.
